TERMS & CONDITIONS
· I reserve my right to decline any commission for whatever reason I see fit.
. None of the art I do for you can be used for or affiliated with NFTS/Cryptocurrency.
· None of the art I do for you can be used with, to train, or in conjunction with AI.
· I retain the right to edit or post the art I create on my social media.
· I do not accept commissions with text only references.
· I will send sketches for approval and revisions. Please revise as thoroughly as possible, as additional large-scale revisions after sketch process may incur additional fees. ($5-$10 depending on scale). Smaller revisions like eye color, adding scars, etc are free of charge. Feel free to email to ask questions.GENERAL TURNAROUND TIME = 1 WEEK - 1 MONTH MAX.
Rush fee: additional +50% of base cost if needed to be completed within a week of the date the order was made.PAYMENTS· Payments will done via Paypal, ONLY in USD. They can be made to [email protected]
· However, no refunds if I have already started on your commission.
· I will also not accept refund requests 7 days after the payment has already been made.
· Payments must be made before I start drawing.USAGE· Any art I do for you is for personal use ONLY. Please provide credit if used for your social media.
· Commercial licenses are available at extra cost.
